Abstract Principles are for Idols

No one is greater in this house than I am. My master has withheld nothing from me except you, because you are his wife. When God is acknowledged as Living and present, God takes centre stage in our lives. And that's the focus of Today's text. Although there was no there to see him or even acuse him, when Joseph is approached for a sexual favor with his master's wife, he was keenly aware of God. God could see him, because he was not a God of an abstract principle, but rather a Living God. Abstract principles are for idols.
