All the words of this life.

“Go, stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this life.” Acts 5:20

These were the words spoken to the first apostles that had just experienced angelic intervention. That's a tall order, especially considering that all that was available then was just the old testament scrolls. Where were they supposed to get the rest from? It was going to be revealed. Here's how Paul put it.

Galatians 1:11-12 (AMP)For I want you to know, believers, that the gospel which was preached by me is not man’s gospel [it is not a human invention, patterned after any human concept]. For indeed I did not receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through a [direct] revelation of Jesus Christ.

Jesus told Paul a lot. Thankfully, he shared. That revelation was given for the instructing and equipping of God's new community about the new life they had received, and what it's capable of. Inside this new life, in Christ, are the answers to all the questions of this life.

As we grow in this new life, we realize that Jesus really is the Truth. He has overcome death in all its forms, and in Him, we have authority to do same. There is hope, life and peace inside the Gospel. This is what we preach. Not just in the teachings themselves, but also the support that they enjoy from heaven. That's the power inside Christian community. We have every kind of possible support necessary to share this story. God has thrown his weight behind the Gospel.

Inside this living support, which is Jesus Himself, are all the words that we will ever need in this life.
