Elemental Spiritual Forces of this World

Christianity is #NOT to accept a philosophy. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. (Colossians 2:8)

Before Christ came, God was revealed through the elements. In the book of Romans, Scriptures speak of God revealing himself to us through Creation.

An accurate way to understand God was not known. Most religions dealt with God through the Elemental Spiritual Forces of this world. Things like the weather, Lunar experiences, waves of the sea and the like.

These experiences of Worship became their tradition, and Tradition, orally passed down became philosophy.
