"But we had hoped that he was the one who was going to redeem Israel. And what is more, it is the third day since all this took place."

Thanks for being here Today. Confession is a wonderful thing. I didn't grow up Catholic but I always envied them because they could confess their sins to a priest. When I spoke with friends, it was obvious their hearts had been cleansed by confession.
Sometimes confession does not work, and that's because it's not the solution. We not only confess sin, but we must also forsake them.
The Bible says when Judas realized his sin, he repented. But Judas didn't Repent from believing and following his own thoughts. He still trusted himself, and followed his own thoughts to suicide.
We may not have all the answers to suicide, but from the Scriptures we can understand it better by accepting that it deals largely with the self nature.
