Not a Philosophy

Thank you so much for joining on this blog posts. Today we are looking at #no. Specifically what Christianity is not.

Here's how the Scriptures put it:

See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ.

(Colossians 2:8)

That's loaded.

There's an insight in this Scripture that is worthy of note, Philosophy supports tradition. When the Holy Spirit and the will of God via his Word have been neglected, tradition steps in and it has to be maintained, traditionally.
