Philosophy takes us Captive

See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. (Colossians 2:8) We are still looking at Salvation as not a Philosophy. In Christ Jesus we are free, and that freedom came at the precious price of Blood.

This freedom can be lost, although our salvation will not, we will be held captive. This happens in our lives when we submit to Philosophy as the message of the Cross.

Philosophy is a set of already established ideas, it is the exact opposite of the concept of a living God.

If we are listening to Philosophy, we will not move when God moves. When we don't move with God, we loose our protection, and the enemy comes and takes us captive.

The way back is Repentance and a life of Faith.
