Repentance: Nothing Works without Grace

"But God said to Balaam, “Do not go with them. You must not put a curse on those people, because they are blessed."

Numbers 22:12

Divine relationships are definitely a Blessing, it pays to know God, better yet to be Known by God. However when a relationship with God is established, it is maintained by the right motives.

When our motives are no longer in tune with God, we can easily fall into the trap of deception. That's the case today with Balam, a heathen Worshipper of Yaweh.

God told Balaam, "Do not go with them. You must not put a curse on those people, because they are blessed". Yet Balaam went three times seeking the counsel of God. His heart was on the reward. When we don't Repent, we too like Balaam think, it will work this time.
