Repentance protects from Lies

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness"

2 Timothy 3:16

Thanks for being here Today. What will Repentance do for us in our world today? Why should we understand Repentance clearly and apply its principle into our lives? Repentance will protect us from lies and half Truths.

Today we live in a world that is filled with lies. People lie thoughtlessly and without a hint of remorse. Sometimes when a serious matter has been investigated, it is discovered that it's origin was on the basis of a lie.

What is the Truth? Because we need Truth for our lives to function properly, that is why God gave us the Scriptures. Either with the direct help of the Holy Spirit or through the teaching of an inspired teacher, we come to understand the will of God for our lives. As believers, we flourish inside the Truth.
