Now Jesus learned that the Pharisees had heard that he was gaining and baptizing more disciples than John —although in fact it was not Jesus who baptized, but his disciples. So he left Judea and went back once more to Galilee. - John 4: 1-3
Thanks for being here Today, we are still on Repentance. When Repentance is a central doctrine, our Faith only gets better. The Lord Jesus Christ is our ultimate example, that is what God made him to be to us, as an expression of God's Love to us. Indeed Christianity is in being like Jesus.
While this is True, we can't comprehend everything that Jesus did while He was on Earth. Why? For one, some things are just not made known to us, for another the Revelation of Jesus Christ as Truth is the great work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
From the above text, we can deduct that Jesus operated in the reality of his Conscious mind and have confidence in doing the same. Through this verse, we learn that Christ 'became aware', of a Realization of the Pharisees, based on an 'Understanding' that He had, he made a decision. That decision gave direction to his leadership and ultimately His vision.
That Vision, is what we today call Christianity.
