Sozo means Health

We're still looking at Salvation, examining it under it's Greek context, #sozo. Sozo also means to save or free from disease, and be restored to #health. We can't cover Divine healing at once. Let's see how far we can go and then come back to it. The average believer knows today that Jesus heals, question is, will he heal you? Yes. The Healing ministry is a reflection of the continuation of Jesus's Ministry of compassion. Now, more than ever we need compassion today. Compassion is a relevant message for the times we live in. The Lord Jesus reflected compassion in that ninety percent of His recorded ministry on earth was spent healing the sick. His first instruction to His disciples was, “Heal the sick!” (Matt 10:8) Maybe that's one of the reasons why some folks came all the way from Greece to see Jesus. (John 12:20) Our Faith is not one without its benefits, actually it's filled with benefits. Jesus will heal anywhere the need exists. Physical, mental, emotional. Upon conversion, we can actively believe and expect the Lord to bring us into complete health. Unfortunately some have been told that healing is not for Today. Others have been told that expecting to get healed is an extreme. Consequently the mind has been closed to it, and Christ is unable to manifest. Expect to be healed,and you will be healed.
