We are the salt of the earth

Salt is actually a super agent in that it gives taste to food, preserves food, cures wounds, works quietly and has even been valuable enough to be used as currency.

How do we identify salt in God's Kingdom, so we can enjoy all its benefits. Salt is the Grace of God in our lives, manifesting itself as the Presence of God. You are the salt of the earth.

God's presence in our lives, enhances our taste. His grace is the same towards all of us, so when make room for God's grace in our lives, the best of our own personalities come out. We love more, care more, forgive more easily when His grace is at work in our lives.

In the walk of faith, offense must come. Jesus said it was impossible for offenses not to come, it means we will be wounded. It's God's grace that can heal our deepest wounds, then make us a catalyst of healing to others. We are healed, then we heal.

God's grace works quietly. The biggest blessings in our lives are often quiet. We realize God has answered a prayer, and quietly give thanks. If we'll let him, he'll guide us into places where we will be the source of effortless change in the lives of others. Just as salt works quietly.

God grace works in our lives to give credibility and character. When we experience his presence in our lives, it increases our peace and enhances our attitude as see things more from God's perspective. A soul at peace will manifest in our work. Whatsoever we do prospers.

This Grace of God's presence, God with us manifests more as we understand the finished work of Christ, waiting to be revealed through us.
